• Marinate cut chicken cubes generously and refrigerate at least 4- 6 hours or overnight before cooking.

• For juicy shish tawook, select boneless chicken (dark meat) and grill using skewers.

• You can Grill, Bake, Pan Fry, Air fry or Broil.

• Use pastry/silicon brush to baste with butter midway during cooking. Turn it over a few times to cook evenly. Squeeze fresh lime/lemon juice and enjoy with pita bread or rice or just like that.
